What kind of music do you guys consider yourself?
We are a Hardcore band heavily influenced by NYHC.
How and when did Soul Search begin?
We started early 2010. We were introduced to our original guitarist by a mutual friend. We talked about starting a band. At first we procrastinated a little bit but eventually started jamming and then wrote the demo.
How did you get the name Soul Search, and was it the first name you guys thought of?
Its a song title from a band called DMIZE.
What are some of your most important influences?
DMIZE, Confusion, Breakdown
What is your favorite venue to play at, and why?
Alladin Jr in Pomona. Only because everytime we play there, all our friends show up and it always ends up being a great show.
Do you have any crazy stories from touring?
Way too many, and nothing specific comes to mind at the moment!
